After 59 years of smoking fish, engaging in memorable business relationships and dealing with many loyal customers we will be closing our smokehouse.

We would like to take this time to thank our customers for making this business a success for so many years.

Our last production date of smoking fish will take place on Friday, April,24th,2015.

The anticipated final closing date will be in May 2015.
