Day 1 : Smoked Salmon Bites

Serves: 4

Temperature: Toaster (Light)


  • 4 small slices of rye bread
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 4 small strips of ''J Willy Krauch'' smoked salmon
  • butter for bread
  • fresh chives according to taste for garnish


  1. 4 slices of rye bread
  2. Cut rye bread into 4 smaller squares, butter and toast
  3. Top each slice with 1/2 teaspoon mustard, sour cream and honey mixture
  4. Fold small strip of ''J Willy Krauch'' smoked salmon and place on top
  5. Garnish with some diced chives
  6. Serve while still slightly warm if possible
